Our Concept
Food & Drink
We will have seven unique food vendors providing an array of cuisines, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Visitors will be able to indulge in everything from fresh pastries and coffee in the morning to international street food and Glasgow-inspired comfort foods as the day progresses. Our communal outdoor seating area will accommodate up to 200 guests, encouraging a lively, social atmosphere perfect for sharing meals with friends, family, or new acquaintances.
Entertainment
Beyond food, Clydeside Containers will be a cultural hub that showcases Glasgow’s thriving entertainment scene. Each week, we will host a rotating lineup of local acoustic performers, live bands, comedians, and DJs to keep the energy high and the experience fresh. Our aim is to bring people together with great food and engaging entertainment, creating a memorable atmosphere that reflects Glasgow’s vibrant spirit.
Hours & Seasonal Closures
We will be open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, making us a go-to spot for any time of day. The only exceptions are Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when we close to allow our team and vendors to enjoy time with their families.
