Scotland’s first-ever crumble bar, The Crumbleologist serves up indulgent, gluten-free fruit crumbles with wild flavours like Cherry Amaretto—comfort food reimagined, with hot custard on tap.

Vendor 3 - Pizza Cult

Pizza Cult serves up fire-fuelled Neapolitan pizza with attitude—bold toppings, big flavours, and serious dough craft from founder Denis. From Barras to the Clyde, this is pizza worth worshipping.

Vendor 4 - Greek Street Yeeros

Greek Street Yeeros brings authentic Athens-style gyros to Glasgow—juicy meats, fresh sauces, and soft pita, all crafted with street-food soul and serious flavour by founder and former architect Yorgos.

Vendor 5 - Cafe XO

Café XO delivers elevated street food with bold flavours and serious chef credentials—bringing creative, comforting dishes to the Clyde, led by fine-dining-trained chef Andrew Manson. Casual food, done properly.

Vendor 6 -Sub126

Sub 126 brings bold, NYC-inspired sandwiches to Clydeside Containers—stacked with flavour, made fresh daily, and crafted with serious sauce game by founder Ben Paterson. This is Glasgow’s sub shop glow-up.
